Version 1.1 of Sheepstacker is now available in the iTunes App Store! If you’re already purchased the game, this update is free of charge and you should be able to download it soon.

Our big update for Sheepstacker has just been submitted to Apple! We’re very excited for this release as it adds a lot of the features that our players have been asking for.

First up, we have High Score tables. Each of the game modes will track your highest stacks and your most nickels. In addition, a running tally will show you just how much you’ve really been playing.

Next, we have Badges! These little icons are awarded to players as they complete special objectives while playing the game. You’ll receive Badges for setting record stack heights or for achieving a MAX combo. There are 12 Badges to earn in total.

And finally, there’s the all new game mode: Baa-lance! In this mode, you won’t be tapping the screen to drop your sheep. Instead, by tilting your iPhone or iPod touch left and right, you’ll move a small wagon in an attempt to catch the randomly falling sheep! It’s a completely different take on the Sheepstacker gameplay, but it’s just as fun and addicting as ever.

We’ll have additional screenshots and video of the new gameplay mode over the next few days, and we’ll also let you know when the update goes live. Thanks for sticking with us, and we hope you enjoy the update!

Version 1.0.1 of Sheepstacker is now available in the iTunes App Store. This update fixes a crash that could occur very late in the game. It also includes some minor performance enhancements.

If you’ve already bought the game, this update is free and highly recommended. Stay tuned for more info on our next update, which will include some significant new features.
