We’ve opened up a new support community with Get Satisfaction! Prior to this, we simply had forums where you could post your issues and hope that we would see it. With the new support community, we’ll be able to track issues, suggestions, and questions, respond to them, and generally give a better customer support experience. Users can even chip in and help with workarounds, tips, or hints.
You can access the new support community from the Support link at the top of each page. For the moment, we’ve removed our forums. We’re considering bringing them back, but with a different forum software. Let us know if you have any opinions on this matter.
